part of the same old electrical problem

I just replaced the alternatior so any voltage variation should be gone, yet the problem still occurs: everything will be working fine, but after the car warms up, the a/c will cut-off partially, some cool air will barely be moving through it. The a/c display will go off, and then it will start flashing a sideways "T" and "88." At the same time, the battery light will flash off and on, and sometimes the firm ride, abs, and/or the air bag lights will flash. The car seems to be running just fine and the brakes work. Then the display will come back on and all the other lights will go out, except the firm light stays on as it is usually in firm. The kicker is, everything flashes the same, including the a/c display, even with the a/c off. I think this is the IRCM or a poltergist (probably from a dead client --I bought the car from a lawyer.) Any other ideas?

(Seewalkersee, I think the starting problem is the tranny position sensor.)
