With everyone that is going, the question is what day does everyone want togo??
I know that everyone has there own time that they can go and can't join in all at once. So who wants to buddy up for a cruze down???
Friday(23rd) or Saturday(24th) is good for me.
At this time I think Mark,Derek, and myself can get together....but at any rate post your ideas. Lets see if we can get everyone together to cruze all at once. (not)

Hello,
Are we all going to stay at the same hotel?
What are the plans once we get down there?
I might be leaving Thursday night or Friday afternoon depending on the schedule of events.

Maybe if enough poeple can drive down friday we could do a dinner thing friday nite?
Dave and I where talking about this. Also is there a motel near by that we can all stay at?

Kurt I may be going down Friday as well
I will be trailering mine down I think we will be staying at the Economy Inn off Olive drive is about 10 miles from the track
The track is aways from town most of the racers stay at the Double Tree Inn that is about 15 miles away from the track
That would be killer to ban together and have dinner somewhere
I would like to test Friday night if I can get Thursday off
If there is rooms I will be at the Economy Inn right off the freeway Olive dr. exit

Hi, In regards to your question my husband and I can leave on either day Friday or Saturday. Since you are coming from Sacramento you will go thru Stockton and we would be happy to meet you where ever it is most easy for you. or if there anymore who live in this area they could meet at our house we live right off interstate 5 and crosstown freeway.
Hope to see you all soon

Either day will work for us. The only thing that might slow us down is a babysitter for the five kids. :D

Hi, It must be hard to find a sitter for five kids? But either day is good for us. Buy the way what motel is everyone going to stay at? and what time would be a good time to leave? If we could get together for dinner on friday the traffic is really the pits, starting around 2:00pm till 7:00pm.

Rango,
My five kids live out in the barn. We call our horses children because they take up almost as much time as our three year old.
We'll have a sitter for them. Look forward meeting you and your husband.

Lets try this....
Everyone that is in the Sac. area meet up at Rudes Hide away HWY 50 and Hazel ave 12:30 pm. We will leave at 1:00pm for Bakersfeild.
We would come down to Stockton(HWY 99). Cross over HWY 4 to I-5. This is where we can pick up J Rango.
J Rango, Chose a Exit that is easy to get off and back on again off of I-5 just after the HWY 4 cut across.
Continue down I-5 to pick up Ed hunt.
Ed, please chose a exit to meet you at off I-5.
Dave,If you want to cruze with the group, maybe you could meet Ed at his exit and we would pick you to up when we come threw.
Ron, if you can get off work in time to join us, maybe you can go over to I-5 and meet us at a exit we can get to from I-5.
TIME fram that I am Guessing at:
Sac. 1:00pm
Stockton 1:45pm
(Ed) I-5 2:20pm
Modesto 3:30pm
Really not sure these are approx. times.
J.Rango,Ron,Ed,Dave please email me with your cell phone numbers for the cruze. If anyone esle would like to also please do.
I was thinking that we could do a dinner thing friday nite and then a morning bearkfeast thing in the morning. After that we just play it by ear....

Hey guys
I live in Patterson which is right on I-5. We are so big we even have our own exit now.
Anyone from Modesto or anywhere else on 99 or 5 can come over this way. Just off the Patterson exit are gas stations, restaurants and other things. My home phone is 209-892-1868 and the cell is 209-814-5124. The cell doesn't work well in town so leave a message if you don't get me right away.
Call anytime.

Jim,
I-5 would be easier way to travel. 99 has road con. all the time, that and the trafic will be the pits. As far as a hotel, not sure!
thought I would just get one when we hit town.
Any ideas????????
I have a cam sencor and DIS mod with me also and a few tools. For the same reason as you Jim.
Dave,
I don't think we will be getting to 33-152 by 2:30 You might want to re-think the time frame to meet you there. We should be at I-5 and 205 area right about then.
It looks like S/Cal has got about 15 people or cars showing up themselfs.
This meet looks like it might get as big as the Vegas meet that Dave,Jim, and I went to awhile back.

Kurt it sounds good to me
99 is a little bit more traffic on it and 1-5 is quicker
Hotels in Bakersfeild maybe the Double Tree Hotel it has a Resturant and bar in it we can have a morning bite to eat before going to the track

The only good thing about I-5 the average speed of traffic is about 85. Sue and I will be staying with family. I'll still be able to come out play for awhile.

The good old days
Where have they gone? so many people the fun times we all had together how things have changed. Its sad to see in a way I know I changed after my dad passed into a mad man of SC speed no matter what the risks or the cost
How would we ever bring this type interest back into this club as you see in these posts guess its nothing more than an SC Dreammmmmmmmmmm

Although I feel the way you folks do.............I'll stick with the bikes.
Gas prices are going threw the roof, just having the truck for the wife is bad enough.
Getting pretty bad when it cost you 20.00 for 4 gal's of gas for the bike, 80.00 to fill the truck.

I saw this thread and didn't pay much attention to the dates, or should i say years of the posts.
I thought that a new Famosa meet was planned. Too bad
Plus i think i went to that one as well, the 2002 one that is.
Well maybe in the future we can get another meet planned.
