Haven't seen any triple pod's, but on the MN12 web site, they show how to make one 3 pod out of two 2 pod's.

I agree. This is the only way to make a three gage setup.
I've seen at least one car with three and it looked really trick. Kelly Simons car has it.

He's working with a company to create a new molded A-pillar that will include a 3-gauge pod molded into the A-pillar.

It has been a while since we received an update from Mager Thom, but it looks like it is still a go. If you are in a hurry, you'll probably have to pass on this one! These custom made things take a long time.
This recent TCCoA post shows the Mager is alive and well and working on getting the triples: (This is actual an "A" pillar replacement and not just the pods.)
