I need the instrument cluster, or specifically a working odmeter for a 93 SC.

Take the speedo head to a speedometer repair shop and have them fix it. 50-75 bucks. Or do a web search for speedo repair. Found quite a few that offered repair.
Down here in Orlalndo, Ice Cold Auto Air will fix it for 75 bucks.
