Hey guys,

For once in my life I don't have to do anything, i.e. work or school. It is Christmas break and I got until Jan. 16 with nothing to do except keep my parents house clean, That ain't happen'in anymore! My car is away in storage two hours away and I can't get it home and work on it. But I can take parts off of it and bring them home. I am going to polish some of the parts under the hood.
So far I have got: - Tensioners
- Blower Tubes
- Top
- Alternator case
- Hood Shocks

This is what I have got so far, what else do you guys think I can shine up? Is it possible to polish and shine that nasty AC Compressor? Also, to help keep the shine and finish can we do anything to the parts, like maybe get them clear coated?

I have got plenty of time on my hands and I am willing to polish anything. Tell me what you guys think!! Thanks for all your time and help and give me what ya got!!

Later,
Brandon

Hey Brandon....Don't put clear on the parts after you polish them because the clear will eventually turn yellow. If you get bored you can come up here and polish my AC compressor too.:)

Haha Chris.

Why not polish the blower case, inlet and return plenums, and thermostat housing.

Hey Tony,

Is there anything that you know of that I can do to help preserve the finish and shininess on those parts!!
