Randy, this happend to me way back when I first started here. It drove me crazy. I believe it was an AOL problem. Not sure if you are running AOL or not. I wish I could remember just exactly what my problem was.

Randy, it appears that you were able to respond to posts on your end the day before you posted this. As far as I know we have not changed anything on our end and have not had other reports of this issue. Pro Street Rich earlier reported that he had an issue staying logged in. This was related to our recent upgrade and was fixed by checking the “remember me” box next to the login ID.

Have you recently installed other programs or cleared your browser cache or cookies recently? I believe you were using a Mac at one time, but I can’t tell if that is related to this issue.

I don’t really know anything else we can do from this side. You can email me directly at my address below if you have additional details that might help solve this issue.

That might explain it! LOL

Next time you have to login try checking the "remember me" box and see if that solves the problem.

Tell her to only delete the "bad" cookies next time! LOL

Have your security levels been changed for this site? I use a medium security level for sccoa.com and specifically accept cookies.

It's clear from your description that this is an issue related to your setup on your machine. It must also still be changing if the problem is also changing for you. Unfortunately, I don't really have much more assistance to offer.

Since I cannot start a new thread today.I will ask here.

I am looking for some info on building a single or twin turbo system.
I have two new rebuilt turbos, and some tubing, waist gates .

Anyone know of any good web-sites I could look at?

Randy,

This website is an excellent source of turbo information. There is even a forum for Junkyard and Do It Yourself turbo systems. I would also suggest a book written by Corky Bell called Maximum Boost.

Thanks for the address. This will be perfect since I am
thinking of using some junk parts .I have two turbos
that have been laying around in the way for a few years.
They are from two 2.3 Thunderbird Turbo Coupes I have.

I have a extra 3.8 SC motor on my engine stand. I think
I can use it to mock and tack weld most of a twin turbo
system together, if I find the extra time this spring ..

Thanks again Randy

COOL Randy! That is awesome news man! I have really wondered for years now how this will work out with a 3.8 SC engine. Just be ready for the ones who will put you down for your experiment.
I always knew there was something about you that I like!:D Tell Connie to leave those cookies in the cabinet!:) Nevermind, she might come looking for me and I am getting too old to run too far.;)

Frank I plan to weld up all the plumbing, and mounting brackets, flanges.
I don't know if I would ever get it running.I would not be able to tune
for the system.

But I don't see it a problem to build a twin turbo system.
I have most all the parts laying around to complete a turbo set up.
I have 2 turbos,adjustable waist gates,throttle bodys,MAF.tubing,flanges,
air filters, N/A manifold. Every thing but a intercooler ,I have three of them but I don't
think they would be the best to use.

I don't plan on spending over $100.00 to do the build. If I deside to
tackle the job.I wold not think it would take much over a week or
two to get all the plumbing set up.But the tuning will take two years or
more if ever for me to get done.It most likey will never be used because
of the tuning part.

Yeah that tuning part would be hectic unless you know someone that can offer some assistance. What was that guys name again? David (XR7DAVE) Dalke! Hell, he might help out and still work under your $100 budget!:D :D :D

The $100.00 budget is for the fab work. And silcone hoses and clamps.
I don't have much faith in getting it tuned & to run on my SC bird.
I just want to fab a system up.
