Today I received the last item (front license plate holder) of my order. I was surprized to receive it, after I told my story on this & other forums, which sorely pissed Tom off (I still have the E-mail he sent me).

Tom is still not off the hook for LYING to me about an Auburn cone diff. being a FRPP Torsen diff. He still ripped me off for $220 because I ordered & paid for a Torsen & he sent me a cheap Auburn.

Does the words[Mail FRAUD] do anything to you?? If you used the U.S. mail or the e-mail system you got him if you want. I know that this will upset some people,but sometimes you got to do whats needs to be done. Check with him and see if he will make that deal good,if not you can always remind him of this fact. Mail Fraud is a Federal Offense! I also FITS THE CRIME!

I also was ripped off by SCprefomance. I'm still waiting for my parts and its been a moonth and a half. They don't return my emails or phone calls. It might be time for legal action

Did someone also say Class action lawsuit?? If you got more than a few of you ,that might also be something to look into?? I am not giving law advice,just some ideas.You will have to check with the pro's on this,but it does fit the bill if I remember right, Just some helpful ideas,and if done right,the govn. pays the mouthpiece,not you guys....

~~~~~ happens. When it does, it's best to swallow your pride. The egotistical get felony charges. That sucks....but hey, it's a free world. You chose your own path.

no, all i did was bugg em with emails and a few phone calls, and guess what? i got my money back baby!!!! it was about time too, a whole month and nothing hmmm guess who aint gettign my bidness no more :)
