pics arent a problem, but you will have to rely on the SCCoA club for the install tips. I found alot of good info just searching my name on this board. lol Excuse my ignorance on the M90 conversion, but the info is on this forum for sure.

BTW, for the guy that questioned my drag times w/ 3.8 FWD, here you go

I have a a few friends with that kit on 3.8 FWD cars making 400+ WHP and runnign 11's. Pretty cool kit.

Look closer at the TEAM page. I can sell you the KB blowzilla/custom I/C from BADSSEI if you feel spendy.:p I may bolt it on the g/fs' car one day just so she has to buy a leather seat off me after ~~~~ craps her pants unexpectedly. :D :p

I've also dealt with Ed, hes a great guy. I was able to get his last set of brand new rotors and put them in my MP II case :D. Car made 17psi with a 5%, heads, and cam so it really moves the air. The rotor install is pretty simple, you just have to remove one of the dowel pins and press it into another location. Try a search I think there is some info on the forums about it.

Guys, I just perchased a set of these from Ed that came in the mail Sat. They are in primo condition and worth the price. Takes some patience and know how to relocate the dowel pin. Other than that I will have an almost new 95 S-port to install after I complete my head gaskets.

You're probably better off to e-mail him directly, I'm not sure how often he visits for the forums here.

So what's the difference between this rotor pack and the 94/5 SC rotor pack?

So what's the difference between this rotor pack and the 94/5 SC rotor pack?

One of the biggest things is that the SC rotors do not respond well to high rpm. They have a habit of shedding their coatings rather suddenly. I think it has to do with age and loss of adhesion of the coatings due to 1) aging of the coatings, and 2) differing expansion properties of the two materials.

I'm not sure if there is a performance difference short term though. FWIW I've had a 94 blower that looked perfect shed all of it's coating in a couple dyno pulls at 20% OD.

I've had two sets of gtp rotors flake off as well. One per season. But overdriven at around 35%. Too bad we can't get a coating that will hold up to much higher overdrive levels. Ed sells good rotor packs. I've gotten three from him.

According to Snow performance, injecting some alcohol prior to the rotors may extend their life. I recorded outlet temps of 450 deg with "only" 25% OD vs. 350 deg at 15% OD and the alcohol will drop that 150 deg. It may help extend life.

They suggested running a small amount like a 100ml nozzle prior and then a 375 nozzle after the IC. You don't want a lot of alcohol in the IC or it will start to collect on the fins.
