Here's one I can't solve:
1990 SC AOD
The charge system warning light came on (red battery warning light in the lower left side of dash) while driving about 3 days ago. Since, I've double checked the connections from the alternator, battery, EEC, and the fuses, all are OK. The car has started fine for the past days w/ the light on while driving, and all power accesories work fine also. Also, ran a key on, running code scan and found a code 74, brake switch not on/off. Could it be something in the brake system draining the power? Voltage regulator? Any suggestions would help.

Get your alternator and charging system checked at Autozone. I had the same light come on with mine awhile back. While driving the battery lost its charge and died. I ended up getting an alternator from Pepboys for $145.00

I agree with cougarsc. It seems the charging system (Alternator) in your car is starting to fail. Don't wait for the car to die out on you.. I wouldn't recommend having it checked A.S.A.P.
