First Off.....awesome Site....i Just Spent The Last 2 Hours Reading And I Feel I Can Build An Sc From Scratch.

Well, Almost 1 Year Ago To The Day, I Bought A 1993 Auto Sc With 93k Miles, All Electronics Working, Everything Good To Go For Only 1k!!!!! I Was Just Looking For A Fast Ride To Show Off In. The Second I Drove On The Highway, I Fell In Love With It. The Hp Was Low For Such A Heavy Car But Torque Was Awesome!!!

Anywho, I Bought In In New Jersey And Drove It To Florida For School...thats Probably Where I Went Wrong. About 1 Month After I Got Here.....all Went Downhill.

Radiator Fan Stop Working
Car Overheated
Supercharger Stopped Working
Transmission Stuck In Drive....(wouldnt Go Past 2nd Gear, Would Have To Drive In D2)
Knocking From The Engine

Now, I Figure For The Transmission I Would Just Have To Get A New One. The 1993's Had Aode Right?

The Knocking Is Maybe A Head Gasket.

I Dont Know Whats Up With The Supercharger.

Well I Guess Im Posting This Post Is To Ask For Suggestions. I Only Spent 1000 On It So Im Not Desperate. But I Do Have About 4-5k Ready To Spend On A New Car......i Really Want An Sc Though....5 Speed Would Be Dreamy!!!!!!!!!!

Should I Junk It?????should I Try To Fix It????? Help!!!!!

If The Overwhlemy Suggestion Is To Get Rid Of It, Ill Sell Any Parts Or The Whole Car For $500 Or Bo.

Anything You All Have To Say Is Greatly Apprecited.

Once Again, I Love The Site.

Fix it, you'll be glad you did and once you know the engine real well nothing should intimidate you in the future. I'd start with the knocking or transmission problems, best o' luck
