cam postioning sensor or crank?

I have a 92 starts most of the time when i first get into drive it. dont drive it much but Id say50% of the time after drining it starts to fire and wont then when it does the tach wont work for awhile if anyone else has had this problem or knows what it is that would be great help dont wanna buy a crank sensor when its a cam sensor ,also bought some sprint springs and some kyb gr2 was wondering how to go about not having the firm ride light blink on me after the swap just pull the bulb? anyway this thing right now rides like a go cart way stiff I noticed it when i went and pushed on my friends sc it was nice and soft compared to my front was way firm like frozen shocks Or? thanks guy appreciate your thoughts Ted

I think it's your cam sensor, I've read some posts that when the tach screws up it can be related to the cam sensor, if so they are not too expensive.
