I bought my second SC last week from a member on here. I was missing my '90 5 speed so I bought this car....http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72857
So far pretty happy with it. Gotta shim the slave cylinder out this weekend along with putting in a new one. Monday, it goes to the exhaust shop to have the exhaust totally redone. After that, it's prep for paint time. Going to paint the car Vermileon <sp?> red. The Crimson is a little "pink" for my taste. (no offense to other crimson owners)
Ordered some wheels and a 1.5" lowering kit for it today. Here are the wheels I ordered: http://www.wheelmax.com/wheelcolors.asp?CtgId=1415&color=Hyper%20Light
18x7.5
Ordering some new carpet for it too. Just trying to decide what color I want.
When I bought the car, I had the seller put the '94 seats back in it (had '89 seats). they had a few spots on them but cleaned up to near SPOTLESS. they are the fabric/vinyl combo seats.
All in all, very excited to be back in an SC and I can't wait to get it where I want it. After the paint, exhaust, wheels, carpet, ect. is done, It will be tuned on the dyno using SCT software. I am excited to be back in the SC world as I have always loved these cars!
