Yo, I wieght around 160-175LBS.... now i am trying to torque down the axle nut to 250LBS.... were do i get the 90+ more LBS that i am missing to completely torque it down? i mean i aint no damn athletic type either... anyone?

How long is your wrench? It's foot-lbs, so that means your weight times the number of feet long of the wrench. Most big wrenches are at least 18" long so that is 1.5 x your weight.

Also, you can leverage much more than your weight. Instead of torquing down, pull up. Most likely you can dead lift over 200lbs at least a few inches....:)

OK this is how you do it....

i call it "The Twinkie Diet"

give it a week or two youll understand :D

A wrench is basically a simple machine. The longer the handle, the more ft/lbs you can administer. Put a long pole on the end of it, but be careful not to break the wrench or round the heads.
