Any problem w/ running fuel pump w/ ignition on and none of sensors connected?

I've got the engine back together and in the car and hooking everything back up. I want to test the fuel pump and adj the regulator before I put SC and everything else back on. I have all the electrical plugs disconnected right now.

Do you think that if I connect the battery, turn the ignition to ON, jump the EEC test port to allow the fuel pump to run continuously and then check my fuel system for leaks and adj my AFPR that there will be any problem with that since all my sensors, injectors, etc are disconnected? Thanks.

Should be just fine. All fuel injected cars have a fuel return line. So it's not like pressure will keep building. The system should build set pressure and hold it. Excess pressure is bleed off into the return line.
