They look like a new product (don't know what "iridium enhanced" means - probably not 100% iridium). The stock cross reference for Autolite is APP 2544. If they are not fully iridium then $7 is expensive, the stock Double Plats (APP) are normally $3.99 at most auto parts stores (AutoZone, Advanced PepBoys, etc). NGK Iridiums are more like $7 and for the Denso's you'll need a bank loan.
