I would just like to say hi and introduce myself to you all :)

I used to be an active member in the NorCal Chapter, but due to certain reasons I had to sell my SC a couple of years ago and have moved to Tucson.

So yeah I just wanted to drop a line and say hi

Hopefully I can see and/or help work on a couple SC's

Right now I'm temporarily living in marana. My other home is on the east side, harrison and 22nd. I have not really seen any other SC's around here except for a REALLY nice 94-95 opal at the sunflower market at broadway and pantano. Whoever owns it works there, its there every night. Im selling my SC right now, got a great deal on a 99 escort. What color is your SC? Ever cruise speedway? I did a few times, fun to pick on the ricers.

How much are you selling your SC for? manual or auto? .... 99 ESCORT!?! WHY????? NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! lol j/k I understand how much of a pain in the ~~~ the SC's can be sometimes. I had to sell mine after i went thru my second headgasket..... *sigh* it was a silver '89 manual i miss it soooooo much

As far as speedway yeah I cruise it quite a bit... either on my bike (a yellow '05 suzuki GSX-R 600) or in my buddys truck (white lowered s-10 with the american flag paint job on the front of it)

What color is your SC also?? I am planning on going out tomorrow night we should try and meet up. (i will pm you my number)

Heyo,

Good to see another Tucsonite around here, I don't have the Cougar (probably wont even fix it, turned bearing) but it was a total blast picking on the ricers. Now I'm cruising around on my bike. Welcome to AZ.

bike huh?? what type of bike do you have? It is a little too windy to ride today. I have a yellow '05 GSX-R 600 all the stickers have been taken off except for the black lettered SUZUKI on the side of the bike :) I wonder if I have ever seen you around before.....

So you aren't going to fix it huh? how about you buy my Si and I buy your Cat off of yah :)

Gixxer eh? cool beans, I've got a red 02' Ninja 500. Not the fastest but it's a helluva lot of fun to ride on. right now it's stock, and prolly gonna stay that way save for a good set of slip ons and some spring adjustments.
As far as the cougar, Im debating whether to build the v6 i have here in tucson or just plop a 5.0 in it and call it done. Only problem is that the car is in Kingman:( and I'm here.

Oh yeah, it's NEVER too windy/cold to ride when it's the only thing you have:D

no a 500 ninja is not the fastest bike out there.... but the rider is what makes the bike fast not the equipment. Plus is doesn't matter how fast you are if you end up dead proving it!!!!

How about this plan for your cougar... you give it to me and then I re-build the v-6 ;)

You ever go to Mama's on a Thursday? or hang out on Speedway on a Fri/Sat? I bet you go up an down Lemmon every once and awhile right? You should meet up with me and some of my friends sometime and ride the MT.

Indeed, It's all in the rider, but I'm pretty far off from doing alot of sportriding. Right now its just for fun and transportation.

I've been to Mama's once or twice but have been pretty busy on Thursdays since the spring semester started. As far as Mt. Lemmon, I've been twice now, it's a great ride. Good curves, awesome scenery......
