I have been around here for 9yrs of it. This board has sure changed!

I think you are very close Duane. The first Chargin' Thunder has a March '96 date. I believe the website started up in 97 with Bill Hull and Rich Thomson. I'll have to try and look at that first issue tonight and see if it mentions an actual date that Hull started it all.
