Possibly, it might drop a little bit. This is a good thing though. Boost is somewhat a product of backpressure. You are able to move more air through port and polished heads, hence less back pressure/lower boost. hope that helps.
It is possible, but some cars are different than others. I didn't lose any boost with a cam and ported heads. I only lost boost with exhaust and the FMIC.
