power antenna--the same for all SC models?

As the title says, is the antenna the same for all models, or did the early SC have a different one than the later SC? I am replacing mine and need to know if the early one will do.
 
94 - up shows as a different part number than the 89 - 93 style. Not sure what the actual difference might be though. :confused:
