Sup guys i have a cel so i finnaly got around to checkin what its for it throws 2 codes #22 and #88

I understand #22 is the MAP sensor, i have no idea what it does but is it something that needs replacing, and number #88 i have no idea

Car runs excellent as is. But i wanna get the damn dummy light off

Code #88 stands for:

--Electro-Drive Fan(EDF) relay-circuit failure...OR--

--Convertor Clutch Override(CCO) Solenoid-circuit failure....OR--

--Distributorless Ignition System (DIS) problems-loss of dual plug control...OR--

--Throttle Kicker(TK) solenoid-circuit failure

Apparently, 88 means a lot of things for a lot of different cars....hope this helps.

ok i got around i put a new BAP sensor in, and that cleared the cel light, but i can drive for about 2miles than the light comes back and stays on, i restart the car goes away for anotehr couple of minutes. As for code 88 i see it can mean all those things but does our cars even have all those? I mean if it was the DIS wouldnt my car run rough? she runs great just trying to get rid of the stupid dummy light
