I just got a 90 xr7. I'm from wi and the body of the car is rusted pretty good but the drivetrain only has 75,000 miles on it and the interior is in pretty good too. The car is completely stock. I just ordered a 10% od pulley. I was wondering what kind of performance to expect. What would be a better bang for the buck getting a fuel pressure reg. or a IC fan. thanks for the help.

First, WELCOME to the SC community!!!!! Its good to have you as a part of the group!!!!!

The pulley will help a little bit, but a cold air intake, larger MAF, larger throttle body and exhaust work will help the most. After that, mods to the inside of the motor and a EEC tuner..... grab your wallet, its gonna get pricey!!!!!
