To add to that, the diagram that Mike posted is of the EEC test connector, located on the passenger side front shock tower. That method only works on EEC-IV vehicles (which have that connector).
If you ever need to drain the fuel from a EEC-V car, you can do the following:
Unplug the connector from the fuel pump inertia switch, which is located behind the carpet on the driverside of the trunk. It is a two pin connector. You'll need to supply 12V power to one of the pins (I can't remember which wire at the moment). That will run the fuel pump directly.
That method works on any MN12.
