Looking for a hi-performance cam upgrade for 3.8 !
I believe this might be a good choice for me, but i am a beginner so I would like some advice.
220/225 .538/.521" 110LCA- aggressive singleport 3.8L cam

Is this a good choice for a 96 Merc Cougar w/ farely heavily modified 3.8 V6?
(new pistons, forged rods, 4.2 crankshaft, bigger valves stronger springs, larger MAF & Throttle body, ported intakes, 40-50# inj.'s, true dual exhaust, future plans for supercharger, etc..)
These are my plans for the car, I would like to do the lower end in Phase 1 of this project, but I also want to do the cam when I do it, so I need help picking one that's right for not only now but also the future mods!
should I be looking at a higher or lower flow cam?
