The only thing I have to add is that the lower shock to control arm bolt will probably be rusted to the bushing sleeve depending on mileage and what kind of weather the car has seen. They are almost guaranteed to be rusted solid on any northern car. Anyways, a new bolt is available at Advance or Napa. The only way I've been able to get them apart is to cut the bolt. Unfortunately you have to cut through the sleeve some as well so I replace the lower control arm too since the bushing/sleeve is not available separately.
