i bought a 90 xr7 and there is a missing plug? in the wiring on the passenger side firewall (very top corner of engine bay near the antennae) it is a small plug with two black wires with white stripes with female ends. it looks like it should have a plug like the one that shares the wire that hooks up to the air compressor. anyone know if that is what goes there and what does that wire do? i looked it up in my book and it seemed to indicate either the knock sensor or an octaine adjuster? i purchased the car needing head gaskets etc,etc so i do not know how it was running before or if anything was not working as a result of the missing connector. any suggestions? thanks in advance,,,gary o
