Inner Window seal rolls under, binds Dr Pwr Window

A lot of times, especially if it is colder outside, when I try to put the Dr Pwr window Down, the inside rubber seal at the bottom of the glass (top of door) rolls under and binds the glass.

I had taken the door off once, thought maybe the whole door panel wasn't place on properly. Then it seemed to work fine, now it does it again. It seems to be much worse in cooler weather than on hot days. The seal looks to be in good/new condition. Any ideas? I've thought about trimming the top of it off with a razor blade, but then I'm pretty sure it wouldn't touch the glass at all. I assume it's function is for when the window is partially down to prevent it from moving around so much?

Thanks,
Sam

The seals are lined with felt. They start to bind as the car ages and the felt is worn off the rubber. The only solution is to replace the gasket with a new felt lined one.

you can rain-x the inside window or car wax for a soloution rain-x lasts a long time for this. :)
