My MIG took a ~~~~, so now I'm looking to buy a TIG welder. I don't really know that much about TIG's as is what features are good and what kind I need. What are some good TIG welders to look at that would allow me to weld things like intercooler tubes, intercoolers, exhaust, intake manifolds, and general stuff like that?

I also have a regulator and tank if that matters.

I use a Miller syncrowave 250. It has High Frequency for easy starts. Can be used to weld Alum, SS or just about anything. I beleive they also make a 200 as well. I perfer the water cooler as I weld for long periods of time and sometimes on some fairly heavy material. A lot of the new ones have the cooling tank and pump built right into the machine.

I have a Miller Econotig, its a smaller machine 230v but does a good job on the smalelr things I need it to do, like IC pipes and such, they are about $1500 brand new I think. I got mine for $800 used, but it had only been used 5-6 times before I got it, I got it off a friend so used they may go for a little more then that.
