ticking noise...possible roller rockers

I have a ticking/tapping noise on the passenger side. At cold idle you don't hear it. When you get around 2K you start to hear it. I can only hear up to 3k after that the blower starts. It is more pronounce once the car warms up. I have been having this problem ever since I installed the roller rockers. I am pretty sure I preloaded them correctly.

Anybody experience this or could help out?

How tight did you get them? I think there only supposed to be like 13-16 ft lb correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe they are torqued to 20ft/lb per helm's book.

How much oil pressure do you have?

I have about 50psi at cold idle and 60 psi @2.5k cold. 25psi at warm idle and ~50 psi @2.5k warm. This is based on electric guage.
