Saw these the other day:

Looks like a descent basic ignition upgrade w/o having to goto an MSD system and upgrading to a new stack DIS module along with tach adapters, etc., w/ a price of over $400. Just wanted to see if anyone's used these before, and figuring I need new plug wires anyway, I was thinking about trying this system out.

Don't waste your money, this is a rip-off. They claim "10,000 times more peak current channeled to the spark", and "500 times more efficiency is delivered by the DirectHits Ignition Upgrade". Inside those little plastic pieces is probably just a big gap to create some capacitance, or maybe a grounded sleeve. It gives the appearance of a bigger spark, but really it's just increasing the load on your ignition system and wasting energy. And it makes the spark duration much shorter, which doesn't seem like a good thing to me. For this they charge several hundred dollars??!! Somebody should report these crooks to the FTC.
