I purchased that fan from spinning wheels and had it on my 90 for the club clash last year. At the end of each run I'd pit and open the hood and let the car idle for a bit to cool off. A minute or two of running and the IC tubes were barely even warm anymore. Before that, at Brainerd, the tubes would stay hot between runs. (not that I got that many in)
So for a road course I'd say invest in a front mount intercooler first as the fan won't help enough our intercooler just heat soaks too fast. But for runs down the strip, it helps a lot to cool things off between runs.
