Just trying to rule a thing or two out...
Will I get any spark with a bad crank senor?
I have a "new engine" installed, and it won't start.
Might have fouled the plugs already, cuz whatever connector that is right next to the SC top on the little bracket was not completely seated properly the first several times I tried to crank it.
I can hear the fuel pump, and if I pull aplug and place it near a ground, I can see spark.
The cam and crank sensor were both working properly before I pulled everything.
So i am wondering if I can rule outt he crank pickup if I do get spark.
I did use the cam alignment tool, and put it in at 26ATDC on the compression stroke, etc etc....
The battery cables are new, and I added an extra battery cable to the "frame" as well.
Thanks!
