car is a 1995 5-speed. I am trying to chase down a coolant leak, but with all the hoses, lines, and everything else in the way, it is damn near impossible to see anything. The leak is on the passenger side, and I cannot tell if it is leaking straight off of a coolant hose or if it is dripping onto the frame, another part, etc etc, and then running off of that. It is toward the back of the engine, and actually the leak is bad enough that it is dripping to the ground in two places, about a foot or so apart. Looking down close to the firewall, I can see the exhaust, and it has drip marks on the top of it, but with the engine running, I cannot see anything dripping on that spot.
I found what appears to be a coolant hose going to the firewall on that side, and it passes right over that spot on the exhaust. With the engine running, I cannot see anything dripping from that hose though. I can tell you that the leak is a steady drip that increases when the engine is revved. I tried looking in the manuals, but I cannot find anything that lists the location of the hoses, or any diagram of the cooling system on our cars. Does anyone have this info? If I take everything apart, I will need to know where the coolant lines are, because I wont be able to start it up to find the leak. Any help is appreciated!!
