hey guys, been looking at my options since i noticed that the snout is leaking on my supercharger...pretty damn expensive to have it rebuilt, but i found this kit LINKY think its any good? and would it be do-able myself?

yeah, Kit's OK...

All you need to do is replace the front snout seal. These are about $6-8 in most parts stores. Do a search for "CHICAGO RAWHIDE SEALS" on the search forum and you will find the part number. Easy to do. The bearings are not the easiest thing to do in the back portion of this blower. When getting blower oil, go to GM and get the GM stuff, same as the Ford only cheaper!!!!

that kit has everything you need for the snout, and it includes the nose seal. The only think you are not getting is a coupler or the two case bearings. I would highly recommend pressing two new INA FC65477 needle bearings into the rear of the case.

Price isn't too bad either.
