Shocks/Springs coming out tomorrow

I will be pulling the SC into my dad's garage tomorrow night for what I hope to be a rather painless and swift suspension endevor. I will be pulling the shocks and springs out and then dissasembeling the front shocks for practice before I try to put my new ones together. I will be buying new upper strut mounts for the front of the car as one of the old ones is shot (just ask anyone from the last Highbeams Mini-meet in Garner, NC). I have a few questios for the been there done that crowd:

Any general advice for a first time strut dissassembly/assembly?

Any other parts that I should replace "while I'm at it"? (Besides spring isolator cups, and upper shock mounts)

Started Friday at 10pm-Finished Sunday 8:30pm

Of course I wasn't wrenching the whole time. I had a little hicup trying to get the new upper strut mounts. Was going to get them Saturday AM but ended up not getting them until 3pm on Sunday. Fronts were 10x easier than the rears. The car rides great and I'll get some pics as soon as the weather clears up and I can wash the car.
