Removing stock kmember, how hard?

In between putting lots of stuff back in my car and if there is time this weekend I am going to switch out my modded stock kmember for another unmodded stock kmember so I can bolt a 5.0L under the hood. I was wondering how hard it is to remove the kmember from our cars? There is no motor currently in the car so I wont have that to deal with. What difficultes am I going to run into? Does anyone have any tips or pointers that they can give me to make this a fast, smooth, and painless process?

Thanks 68COUGAR. Are there any issues or tricks with getting the suspenssion off the kmember or is it going to be pretty straight foward?

Shane,

The bolts that hold it on have some screwy inverted torx head, so make sure you have the correct tools.

A 9/16 12 point socket works great for the inverted torx bolts

Thanks guys for the advice, I really appreciate it very much. Are the inverted torx bolts the bolts that bolt the kmember to the frame of the car?
