Know any good dyno/tuners in the Midwest?

I'm looking to take a relatively low miles car that's been sitting up and going full speed again. Basically I need someone who can tweek/replace anything that's not doing well on the car, install a couple mods (overdrive pulley, headers, build a custom exhaust) and then install an EEC Tuner and tune the car to reach not only factory spec power, but then some.

We'll just say I'm located in Chicago, but am willing to drive a few hours for a good tuner. Anyone know one?
