One thing after another...

not to hard to remove just make sure you have the parts to fix it before you tear it apart.
 
Just get the interior trim panels off then unscrew the tiny torx screws holding the clear plastic and the trim bezel on. The speedometer pulls straight out (carefully) and just plug the new one right in.
 
I think the hardest part for me was removing the headlight knob. Second hardest was making sure the two main wire harnesses (R/L on cluster) stayed put when replacing the cluster.
