The vehicle's condition is as follows:

1989 Cougar XR7 3.8 SC
~100K miles
has been parked in a garage and not driven since Fall '04
Black paint; sunroof

relatively new/rebuilt auto tranny (done by Certified Transmission at 90K)

collision damage to front driver's side:
damage to hood, driver's side fender, bumper cover, and headlight assemblies.

7-spoke XR7 wheels in good condition with well used Goodyear Aquatread rubber

grey-ish tan colored leather interior:
driver's seat in fair condition; passenger's seat in good condition, rear fold-down seats in good condition

high-output (~120A) alternator - required some slight modification to bracket

all the glass is good
door pannels are in decent shape
rear taillight housings are in good shape (gold color on emblems is almost gone)

driver's side auto seatbelt mechanism is broken (it may actually only be the door pin switch)

The accident caused only cosmetic damage - it happened at a speed <15mph.

Any interest??

Thank you for the PM inqueries. I have just landed a new job that is going to have me very busy - including two weeks of training in North Carolina later this month. I've reconsidered the "parting out" aspect of this deal, because I don't think I'll be able to spend the time disassembling and shipping each part in a timely basis. What I'd really like to do at this point is sell the entire car to someone who can pick it up. I'm willing to take rediculously low offers to get this off my hands. Thank you.

Hey, I live just up the road in Nebraska. I would be interested in purchasing the whole vehicle. Could you e-mail me a few pictures, and how much you are needing for it?
