PCV system

I have a question concerning the PCV system. At idle my car runs pretty well but has an ever so slight miss everyonce in a while. I discovered a vacuum leak in one of the lines that hooks to the PCV valve. I repaired that and I am still getting the slight miss. Sometimes when I am pulling into a parking spot of sitting still the cars rpms drop and then come back up. It almost feels like it is going to stall but the rpms don't drop quite that far. I keep thinking that I have another vacuum leak.

The question I have about the PCV system is where it comes back into the intake at the rear of the engine the metal tube can move up and down and I see a tiny bit of fluid on top of the rubber bushing where it hooks onto the metal tube.

I was also thinking that it could be the power steering pump, but it is not noisy, the supercharger which spins freely by hand or the alternator that maybe is going bad?

Any Ideas?

Thanks, Bob
