Fuel pump relay (Integrated relay module) question

Has anyone ever had a problem with their car doing this? If I crank mine (95 auto) up and let it run in the yard, it will eventually go dead. It kills the fuel pump. And it won't start back up until you either let it cool down, or kick the AC on so that the cooling fan runs. I'm planning on replacing the integrated relay module (includes eec, fp, and fans), but I can't find a correct replacement part. It had a F38F-BA part number on it, but nobody (haven't tried dealer) lists one with that number. Does anyone have a number for this jewel? I want to get the right one since it is over $100.

I can't get your part number to work either. However, I looked the application up and 1995 till about 1998 Windstars with a 3.8L take the same part number.
If you were looking for a used one those might be easier to find.
