Does anyone know where i can get high performance control arms/c-arms for the suspension? Any particular company that anyone has had good results?

About the only parts that I would know of that are bolt on.

MK-VIII rear aluminum lower control arms And the steel upper arms
both are lighter. They came on 1993 to 1998 lincoln Mach VIII.
There is a pair for sale now in the FOR SALE FORUM.$150.00

As far as the front, there is a tubed K-Member with lower tube
control arms. It takes some work to get it fitted and bolted on.
around $700.00

I got my Mark 8 lower control arms for $40 at a u-pull junk yard, then you will need to get two spring perches made. The perch print is in the Members FAQ section. Its takes about 4 hours to do the change over. You will save about 15 lbs of un-sprung weight which will increase your ride quality and handling capability. Good time to replace bushings and install lowering springs if you already haven't done that.

Here is a picture of the AJE K-Member.

And a picture of the aluminum MK-VIII rear lower and upper control arms.

And a side by side picture of the stock iron rear lower control arm with
the aluminum MK-VIII lower arm.

No havent got-ur-done . Down at the back, and only have one good arm
to work with.

Last year going to the 05 Shootout in Okahoma. That is the farthest
that I have driven since my last back operation. I have never gotten
over that trip.My body can.t take traveling that far anymore.

I plan to try and be at the 2006 Ohio Shootout. But I will be eating
so many pain pills to make the trip.. I most likey will be setting
around with my mouth hanging open & in a daze.

My legs feel like they are asleep most of all the time,or if I walk
50 feet or so ,they are. This is why Connie races the car,Plus she like to.

Thanks Randy

Its hard telling. Everyone thats bought one. Has had to make
some sort of adjustments before they were happy with the
AJE K-Member.

Once installed everyone seems to be happy with them.
Its not just a two or three hour install for most. It
can take up to couple weeks to get every thing perfect.

There will be brackets that need to be fab to make a clean
install. For wires ,oil line ,powersteering lines, etc.
