I have a parts car that needs to be done away with. Im contemplating the idea of removing the IRS suframe so that, at a later time, i can work on welding it and making it stronger as per the mn12performance article. However, at this time I just want to get it out the car so it can be done away with.

Any tips? Suggestions?

Im thinking there's only like 4 large bolts holding the frame to the car correct? Thanx!

Doh! but ofcourse:p ! But wait...now that I think about it...if I remove the IRS, that means i wont be able to have tires in teh back to haul the car away right:confused:  ?

They have trucks with little cranes on the back that pick up the cars and drop them on a flatbed... usually on top of other cars. Call around. I'm sure you'll find a scrap metal place or junkyard that'll have one.
