starting problems!

i got a 93 SC and she dont want to start, keeps turning over almost starts and if it does only 3 cyclinders are working.. no service engine lights are on...i just replaced the cam senor.. any one got answers?
 
Atop the AC compressor. It has a black plug and a grey plug. They look the same and are the same size...and across from eachother.
