Anyone in Indiana>???

I had a 85 capri standard trans. I sold it because of it was very bad
handleing car. Once the backend got loose the car was impossible
to drive out of it.

I would suspect the stangs of the same era handled the same.
Once the rear got loose ,it turned into a spinning giroscope.

actually they are easier to drive sideways than forwards! i can't believe theres not a ton of them in formula "d". i've driven all kinds of fox bodies and they all handle about the same, rarely any snap oversteer.

The worst stang I ever owned was my 84 notchback. It was so light in the rear it would literally just bounce around corners. KYB's and FMS springs = VERY STIFF

When set up right though they can be a sweet handeling car.. I learned my lesson over the years
