Trans rebuild parts??

Hi guys ive got an 89 sc 5 spd. I took out 2nd gear syncro and was wondering where to get parts at. So far ive noticed that the original parts are obsolite and i was told that f-150 brass syncros will work but only 1-4 if this is what i need than what is done about 5th gear.
