Sounds like a nice car - excellent miles. I don't have an LS to trade; just bought one. It's an '03 V8, and it's an awesome car. Manual would be cool, but wife drives the LS 99% of the time in rush hour traffic. Besides, I think the manuals were only the first year or so, and only with the V6. I went with an '03+ to get the higher horsepower V8.
