well i live out in the middle of nowhere and i couldnt get to work because of extremely high water and my car being lowered. in the 2 miles i made it , i saw 3 cars in the ditch and i turned around. I lost power for 4 hours and tons of rain and wind but other than that im good. I just washed the sand of the car and im going to go and see whats up at the local meeting.

Tons of rain, but no real problems in my neighborhood. I was out running around & was able to go wherever I needed, albeit slowly! Standing water all over the place.

i work over in the salem road area in va beach and almost every road over in that area was blocked off because of high water and stalled out vehicles.a co-worker and me took a ride around in a cheroke around 2 pm to survey the damage and i must say that i'm 46 yrs. old and i've lived here my whole life and i've never seen this much flooding, not even close.i guess when you get 10 plus inches of rain in a short time high flooding is a given.

I live in Deep Creek (Chesapeake) and my neighborhood was underwater till about 5:30 pm, With my airfilter all close to the ground I didnt even attempt to move it from the driveway, luckily my house and garage are on a hill.

Saw over on Drag that a few kids in their Hondas lost a couple motors yesterday, including a S2000. Ooops

he was out at the meet today. Said he was good, he even brought out the mark.

Thanks Z, I was getting worried. Glad you all made it through ok. I knew from the reports that you all likely were going to catch the brunt of it. Glad you all are ok.

Thanks, I'm getting alone pretty well. Still have some issues but it'll just take some time.
