bought a ic fan off of him on the 4th of july its now september second i never recived the fan even though our emails indicated he mailed it several times
ive been promised my money back for awhile now and ive just flat out had it
i was told id have my money back friday its now saturday and im getting really pissed
ill be making out a paypal claim against him to on monday
