I was told you are the man to talk to about swaping some parts around. I just aquired the heads, intake, and supercharger from a '91 SC and was woundering if it was possible to install those parts onto my 3.8L 2000 Mustang. If so what else would I need to upgrade...... like the injectors, rails, fuel pump, MAF, and throttle body or would I be ok without. I would appreciate any and all help with this. Thanks

Try this thread. There is a ton of info on doing an m90 swap onto a mustang.

BTW, I am this close to finishing the swap onto my '94. I learned a ton while doing it so if you have any specific questions, I'll answer what I can.

You will need alot of items for the swap. The best thing is to have a whole SC donor car there. It really helps with all the odds and ends. You will need to upgrade your injectors. A good tuner can tune it using your stock MAF, but this would be a good time to upgrade. As for the throttlebody I found the easiest way is to use a 95 5.0 Gt throttlebody and throttlecable. With the fuel rail you will need to do some Mods, the SC uses a return style system and your Mustang uses a returnless fuel system.

The link Catmandont is an excellent source of info. Also there is a forum on the v6power board that is for people doing a Eaton M90 swap onto a Stang. The SCCOA board has also been a great place for info.

You need a SC Thunderbird for different brackets, pullies, assorted nuts and bolts.
