This is a friendly reminder to please fill out your registration forms for the SC Shootout as soon as possible. There are some very important reasons that we NEED this information.
1) We have ordered some very special CUSTOM T-shirts for this event. If you don't pre-register we can't have a shirt for you.
2) We have to order food for the picnic on Saturday and the banquet on Sunday. I have to put in the food orders IN ADVANCE. I can't do this on Friday or Saturday when people start rolling in.
3) Everyone likes an organized event. If we don't know who is coming and how many GUESTS are coming as well, we just can't plan things effectively.
So help us help you. If you are coming please register and make sure you let us know how many additional people are coming as well.
